At Milawa Bread, we embrace traditional milling techniques to create a variety of stone-milled flours, driven by our passion for quality and sustainability. In our on-site bakery, our bread is carefully handcraft using biodynamic flour from a diverse selection of grains. Combining time-honored methods with a modern touch, we produce nutrient-rich sourdough that nourishes the community and supports a thriving local food system.

Harris Farms Albury store

Open 7 days, 7am-9pm

Since the opening of Harris Farms in Albury in 2021, we've been proud to operate the on-site bakery, offering the same handmade, fresh artisan, slow-fermented breads and pastries you love from our Milawa location.

At our Harris Farms site, you can also enjoy a unique viewing room where you can observe our biodynamic grain being freshly milled into flour, which we then use in our bread and retail sweets.
